Since none of the JASTA valves have an own ignition source, as is confirmed by DIN EN 13 463-1:2001, the given standards are complied with in all respects. Therefore, it´s certified that our valves are to be principally employed in potentially explosive atmospheres and subject to our approval.

Owing to the high quality and considerably long life-cycle, we´re officially authorized to categorize all JASTA-valves as class SIL 3.

This is the pleasant result of an SIL-assessment of 2010, which has been carried out for a period of 5 years. As of now, the corresponding certificate can be obtained by us.

The valves, of which a certain quantity has been ordered as stainless steel version cover a temperature range from 100°C up to 600°C and are available in the nominal values 65, 355, 500, and 800.

We draw on special features such as plates with customized grooves and integrated heat protection covers as well as the advanced JASTA-body seat rings and inner-seals, which have already been tested by the client in advance.
